I totally understand how you feel. People, family, society always preaches about the dangers of smoking, drinking, drugs and so on and guess what, I done them all.
It’s one think to want to raise awareness and another to be thumping and finger pointing and using that bullshit passive-aggressive crap on anyone. The more my mother (who smoked for 35 years two packs a day) tells me is bad for me and she’s watching out for my well-being, the more I smoke, cuz otherwise I’d jump her throat for being a hypocrite.
What’s interesting though is that I too quit smoking for two years cold turkey. I just woke up January 16th 1999 ans said; no more smoking and kept it up for 2 years until January 2001 when I lost my well paying job and ended up working for Walgreens for 6 bucks an hour. That aught to make someone smoke two packs a day and big ass joint just to keep you from crying.
Ah, my lovely Chicago, the love of my life. It’s amazing how you captured this specific street and person. It indeed gives a sense of loneliness in the middle of a great city. I never felt alone on the streets on Chicago, way to many people to feel that. Yet at night it was a beauty to behold. Great shot Brian, and thank you for bringing back such lovely memories of a city I’ll always call home.
It’s absolutely true about Americans being sexually repressed, at least in public and they would die rather than admit they’re freaks when it comes to sex. But, for the most part they are total hypocrites when it comes to sex and sexuality in general. For example, you would never see a semi nude billboard add in the US like you see in Europe, so great on you for posting this great work of art.
This is what I like to call “Acrobatic Fantasies”

It sure made my morning more interesting. Amazing eyes and lips, really sensual and sexual 🙂
This is who I would like to wake up next to in the morning and start caressing him and hold him and do all the other stuff you name it I can do it better than most
Awesome shot, great lighting, color and composition. Plus, he’s absolutely hot, quite a rare specimen of a man. I think I may have fallen in Love
Amazing eyes and an absolute beauty to behold 🙂

There exists a duality within me. Two very distinct entities called Guilt and Loss. Like all evil twins, they fight each other endlessly for supremacy of my persona. Have you ever shut your eyes so hard you actually so light? An amazing kaleidoscope of rotating light and colors. It is an exhilarating, uplifting and dizziness. Nothing else exist at that moment but what you perceive There is no other sensation. There is no other emotion but what you experience right at that moment. There is no good nor evil, it is just you with light and colors dancing in your mind, a beautiful illusion. Try to see no evil at least once in your lifetime…
I love the last photo. It is so natural, beautiful, showing a man being happily silly and enjoying himself in the process. It’s something you very rarely see someone do, be that young or old. We forget the simple pleasures in life and you have done a great job in portraying just that, simple human truth.
My last weekend back at home in March was set aside to do the long but beautiful drive to go and see my Dad in his new flat in Seaton Devon. Kat was doing all the hard work in the driving seat and I was able to sit back and watch all the views as we drove across the country on yet another gray morning! Still we had an amazing driving CD that Kat had put together and I got to see Stone Henge along the way.
Dad has found this second floor flat that over looks the English Channel, that really is a stones throw away! I tried it when no one was looking! Up in the flat they have these floor to ceiling patio windows and even on a gray cold day the view can still keeps you mesmerised all day long with the epic views.

One can say; Santa doesn’t look so pretty in the summer time. That’s just an opinion. Yet, old age has a certain subtle decay and sadness attached to it. It is a reminder for any of us we, someday, will end up like that and hope we can manage to enjoy as much of it as possible on a warm sunny day, by a lake.
Wow, I’ve never seen the lake so calm and so beautiful. I guess because whenever we pass by there for a walk, we’re too busy looking at everything else but the color of the water which is usually brown/green because of stagnation. It amazing you were able to capture not just such a great reflection, but make it so the lake looks 100 times more beautiful than it actually does in reality, and that my friend is the beauty of photography, not just portraying the truth but also transforming it into art.
Truth through a lens is not always art nor beautiful. Sometimes we need to add on to it to create something worth admiring and inspiring those who see it.
This model is very interesting for one simple reason; it’s not that he is absolutely beautiful, I would say he’s average, but he sends out an aura of sensuality and mystery through his eyes, the way he stares into the camera, which make him unique. Sometimes I think beauty is overrated when you find a specimen of a guy like him, which offers so much more than just beauty.
Absolutely great work and my compliments in finding a model who is different than others, more simple, which makes him even more attractive.

We all have to do our part to better health for ourselves and those around us… . Variety is the key to a great diet.
P.S. Unfortunately I can’t read the name of the photographer at the bottom of this shot, so if you know him please leave it in the comment section below, in order to be in accordance with WordPress policy. Thank you

Who says pink is too gay? I beg to differ. Pink is widely used in Europe by a myriads of straight men, though most are middle-aged. I guess we can all have a pink mid-life crisis, right?
Interesting fact about snakes is that if they attack to bite on a prey and they miss, venom is not expelled out of their fangs. Meanwhile men will expel anything as long as there’s a prey in sight, hit or miss.
How many times have we tried to express what we felt about someone, yet words either escaped us, or we simply couldn’t? Here is a nice way to let the other person fill in the doted lines with the word they think we’re trying to use and finally see if we’re both on the same page. Any word is better than silence, so use them. Remember to express yourselves, always…
From time to time you come across something unique. As in most cases, the world seems so big and we forget the myriads of individuals out there who with their hard work, artistic spirit and devotion bring us something beautiful and rare. This is the case of photographer Gary Taylor. His portfolio is very diverse and quite interesting in his choice of subjects and expression. I had a chance to glance at some of his work and I was very impressed so I decided to post this shoot featured first on Burbujasdedeseo.com. As most of you know, my sexual fascination are cowboys, I find them so attractive, so sexy, I sometimes forget they’re also individuals. I guess we all have our preferences and there’s nothing more hot than a man in tight jeans, a hat, attitude and an ass to die for. As always my compliments to the photographer and hope you enjoy this shoot as much as I did.
It is indeed an inspiring video and very touching, which resonated with my own life as a gay man (yes I did use a label just about now :D). Those “labels” written on their bodies have been said to me and most people I know all our lives. They have left deep scars, anguish, solitude and withdrawal. Yet, for a person of my age, being in the closet is not an option, not because it’s not possible, but because I refuse to. Though I pay a high price everyday for being out, I can not see myself being and doing anything else but what I’m doing right now. Thank you for sharing this video and I’ll be more than glad to share it with others.
Ryan Amador and Jo Lampert in a really moving, really beautiful song. Love. Listen. Watch.
Celebrate it. Share it. I so aspire to be a person who doesn’t deal in labels, who doesn’t deal in conventional wisdom (which is, all too often, not wisdom at all) and lives always in the light of my own truth, and allows others to do the same. Since all reality is – ultimately – a delusion of a collective hunch, it’s so important to celebrate every breath used to question any of its limiting assumptions. Love this video.
You know, this reminds of what Somore said about men during the Queens of Comedy back in the day; “I wish all men came with a warning label right on the back o’ their asses, so you know up front what his ass is all about”. True and funny as hell.
I love the idea of the obvious yet so very hard to achieve. You must have had a lot of time and patience to be able to take this shot in such a way that it really seems like they’re actually growing on the tree, instead of being separate entities. Great shot.
I love the idea, but most of all I love the black and white surrounding such a bright-warm color. Great shot indeed.
That was me about three years ago, though not such beautiful bodies were present in the room :P. Great shot.
Wow, I love this setting. The lighting makes his skin look more like a bronze statue. Excellent shot.
